Cancellation Policy 

Please note that your 50% of your ticket price is non-refundable as it acts as a deposit for your place and within 14 days of the retreat the full payment is non-refundable.

We are unfortunately not able to make any exceptions to this no-refund policy, not even for personal emergencies.

In the unfortunate event you are unable to attend the retreat you may transfer your retreat place to a friend, subject to our prior approval of your replacement or you can choose to offer your place as a special bursary to a suitable woman selected by us in need of this retreat.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat for reasons in out control you are entitled to a full refund. If for any reason we have to cancel the retreat out of our control then you are entitled to a partial refund of 50%.
