Yoga
Yoga is a way of being that touches on all aspects of the person: the physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual.
This sacred practice is an invitation to explore and connect back to yourself through embodied movement, meditation, breathwork, yogic philosophy and so much more. As a holistic practice you can integrate its teachings into everyday life off the mat, encouraging ease and harmony into your whole being.
There are currently no regular classes running. But I do include yoga practice as part of Living the Wheel
