For the third consecutive year, I invite you to join us on the sacred cliffs of Cornwall for a truly transformative and deeply nurturing experience. Our past two retreats here have been nothing short of magical and sacred times, and we cannot wait to welcome you back to this extraordinary space. Having spent almost every summer in this deepest part of Cornwall, it's a real dream for me to host this retreat. I long to share with others the richness of beauty, growth, and space that Cornwall has to offer, inviting you to recharge with the Summer Solstice light and the abundance this special place holds.
Your Sanctuary by the Sea
Our retreat home is a serene eco-homestay nestled amongst the breathtaking Rospletha cliff, offering unparalleled sea views and a 5-minute stroll to nearby secluded beaches. This beautiful sanctuary features mostly twin rooms (designed for shared comfort), with one master deluxe suite for an added touch of luxury. You'll find a spacious open-plan dining, kitchen, and living area - perfect for gathering - along with an inviting outside terrace and a long garden, ideal for outdoor yoga practices and joyful dancing under the Cornish sky.
Nourishment from the Heart of Cornwall
I am delighted to introduce Veronica, our incredibly talented local Cornish chef for this retreat. Veronica is not only deeply experienced in curating delicious plant-based menus for Cornish retreats, but she also has a profound connection to local produce and wholefoods. With every lovingly prepared meal, Veronica weaves the intention and energy of our holistic weekend into the food itself, offering a truly immersive experience that nourishes your body, mind, and soul from the inside out.
Embrace the Cornish Magic
Our location near Lands End in Porthcurno offers the perfect backdrop for exploration and introspection. Discover rugged cliffs, hidden coves, wild coastal paths, and pristine beaches. There will be an optional daytime visit to the iconic Minack Theatre – not for a performance, but to immerse ourselves in it's beautiful gardens, incredible architecture, stunning views, and rich history. Alternatively, you are invited to simply unwind at the retreat home, perhaps with a good book in a hammock or a deckchair, soaking in the peace.
