Dissolve, Dream & Anchor Meditation

Welcome to this guided meditation.

This practice invites you on a journey to support releasing limiting beliefs, fears and doubts that might be holding you back from living your dream life and then to step into what that might look and feel like for you.

Please see below for a suggested way to flow with this meditation which includes journal prompts before and after that may help you get the most of of this practice. ​​

Before the Meditation:

​

Create a small sacred space for yourself if you can. Take a few deep breaths and let your body soften.

Optional: sip tea, cacao, or simply enjoy a moment of quiet.

 

Journal prompts before you begin:

  • What has shifted for me recently?

  • What emotions or thoughts are coming up that deserve attention?

  • Are there any limiting beliefs, fears or doubts I would like to release?

Journal prompts for after Meditation:

  • Where did the meditation take me? What did I feel, see, or notice?

  • What are 1-3 small, tangible ways I can begin to bring this dream into my reality?
