Cancellation Policy
Seasonal Pass Cancellations You’re welcome to cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the first circle of the season begins. After this point, payments are non-refundable, as your place is reserved and the container begins to form. If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to reach out — I’ll always meet you with care where possible. Single Circle Bookings Single circle bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) or request credit toward a future circle, as long as you email at least 48 hours before the start time.
